Corporate team outing

These are the Terms and Conditions that will apply to your booking. Please read them carefully as you will be bound by them.

Payment Terms & Conditions are as follows.

  • Advance payment of 30% has to be made to confirm your booking.
  • The Balance amount to be paid on arrival. {Card payment – 3% (visa/master) on the total amount will be charged. AMEX is Not Accepted.}
  • In case of a cancellation, 4 days prior to the date of the visit/outing/event notice has to be given to avail the 50% refund.
  • There shall be no refund in case of a Cancellation any later than 4 days prior to the date of visit/outing/event.
  •  Cancellations/changes done 24 hours prior to arrival will not be entertained or accepted and full payment will have to be made.

a.) Provide confirmation about minimum guaranteed head count and maximum number of people expected, during time of booking.

b.) No changes in the headcount will be accepted or entertained 24 hrs prior to arrival.

c.) Billing will be done for the minimum number of people guaranteed. Only in case of an increase in headcount on the minimum guaranteed, an additional bill will be provided.

2.) The Individuals/ Family/Team/Group participating in the outing booked are hereafter referred to as the “Client”.
3.) Carrying or Consumption of liquor inside the campsite is Strictly NOT allowed.
4.)  If Clients are found to be of unruly behavior/disturbing other clients/creating nuisance, the Basecamp staff and the management have the right to stop and if the behavior goes beyond control the clients will be asked to leave the campsite without any refund of amount.
5.)  Any damages caused to the campsite by the Client will be held responsible and the cost for the same will have to be paid.
6.)  In case of any disputes, the decision of the management will be binding on the Clients.
7.) Follow instructions of our instructors at all times. Non-compliance will not be entertained or accepted.
8.) Penalty will be incurred on the spot, in case of lost or drowned Equipment during Water sports.
9.) In Paintball, everyone will be given the opportunity to use up the pellets remaining, only AFTER the competition is over.
10.) In case of damage to the Paintball equipment, penalty will be imposed on the spot.
11.) Issues or complaints if any are to be addressed immediately to our camp head. We will not be held responsible if the issue is not brought to our attention immediately.
12.) Issues or complaints about the activities or equipment that are not addressed immediately will definitely NOT be entertained or accepted at the time of payment.
13.). The Client acknowledges that the nature of the outing is adventurous and may involve a certain amount of personal risk & assumes responsibility for all such risk
14.) The Client releases the Company from all claims and causes of action arising from any damages or injuries or death resulting from the inherent risks.
15.) The Client agrees that during the Outing images, photos or videos may be taken by the Company Staff that may contain the Client in part or in whole. The Client agrees that these images may be reproduced by the Company and the Client grants perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to reproduce such images, photos or video in any medium for promotion and publicity purposes.
16.) Vehicle Parking is to be done in the designated parking zone. Our management is not responsible for your vehicles if parked anywhere else.
17.) Hired Drivers are not allowed to the Basecamp and are to remain at the shelter provided near their vehicles.
18.) Food will be provided to the hired drivers at extra cost and prior Intimation.
19.) Edibles bought from outside the Basecamp are not allowed.
